American Sportsman Sales Policy
Here at American Sportsman we strive to deliver quality products with customer satisfaction.
Freight Policy:
Orders of $150.00 or more will be shipped prepaid by either UPS, USPS or common carrier in the continental U.S.
Freight charges and a $2.50 handling charge will be added to orders under $150.00.
UPS has a user surcharge for cartons over 72” long. Due to pricing structure, We are forced to pass this charge on to our customer’s wherever it applies.
Returns policy:
An American Sportsman Authorization must be issued prior to any returns being made to American Sportsman. Returns make without an RA number will be refused.
Special order items are not returnable.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return goods must be in the original unmarked carton in new condition.
Claims and Shortages:
Cartons damaged in transit must be noted on freight bill. Do not discard damaged cartons for a carriers’ agent may be required to inspect the cartons prior to honoring a claim. In the event of a concealed shortage, please contact American Sportsman customer service department immediately. We can not honor claims that are not reported within 5 days of receipt of goods.
